The first larger unit is located on the top floor and has a balcony with beautiful views of the carefully well-tended lawns.
The second unit is on the ground floor and through the arranged terrace allows a direct contact with nature.
Both units are ideal starting points for active families, groups and couples.
You can find our Self Catering Cottage southeast of the popular Terme Čatež, on the right bank of the Sava River in the small village of Ribnica. Nearby is the golf course at Mokrice Castle.

Thermal Riviera Terme Čatež in Čatež ob Savi is only 7 kilometers away from us, while Mokrice Castle, with a golf course, is 3 kilometers away. On the left bank of the Sava River, in Dobova, are Terme Paradiso (10 kilometers away), and Zagreb is only 30 kilometers away. The highway is only 3 kilometers away.
At Terme Paradiso and Terme Čatež you can take advantage of guaranteed discounts for all-day swimming and sauna visits, and you can also get discounts at certain catering facilities nearby.

Duplex Galery with Balcony – Sleeps 7, covers two floors. It is suitable for a family of seven or a group. In the lower part it offers a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a dressing room with a washing machine and dryer. The bedroom is upstairs.
Studio with Terrace – Sleeps 4 is suitable accommodation for a family of four or a group. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a dressing room with a washing machine and dryer.
Both apartments are air conditioned and heated. Both have ample storage space, are equipped with a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi is available.
Owners
We are Jasmina and Martin, a Croat and a Slovenian. We live in Velika Dolina, just 3 kilometers away from the accommodation. Although we are both employed in public administration, one in Croatia and the other in Slovenia – and our son studies in Klagenfurt – we manage to take care of a smaller family farm and holiday apartments.
