It is located in the authentic village of Ribnica, on the outskirts of the Brežice municipality, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley and nearby vineyards. You will discover a beautiful sunrise with a peaceful rural awakening - worlds away from the hustle and bustle of Terme Čatež hotels.

Pets are welcome in both units. Both small and large dogs, rainbow parrots or spoiled cats are welcome. You will love waking up to beautiful sunrises, beautiful views and birdsong in the heart of Posavje.
Since the animals are VIP guests with us, they stay for free. They are given a container for food and water, a blanket for their bed, a towel, a treat and toys. You can move freely in the garden around the house. Barking, sorry, however, loud debates are allowed day and night, it can be quiet or loud.
Sometimes a weekend simply isn't enough.
Stay a little longer and take time to enjoy Terme Čatež, nature walks, local attractions and relaxing evenings among the vineyards. Special benefits are available for longer stays.

We are Jasmina and Martin, a Croat and a Slovenian. We live in Velika Dolina, just 3 kilometers away from the accommodation. Although we are both employed in public administration, one in Croatia and the other in Slovenia - and our son studies in Klagenfurt - we manage to take care of a smaller family farm and holiday apartments.
We can be the perfect choice if you are looking for a house near the Terme Čatež complex, but if thermal entertainment in the water park is not for you, we can also be the starting point to explore the beautiful landscape around us and the local golf course, Mokrice Castle, the Way of St. James and dozens of other attractions.
From beautiful museums, Posavje castles, experiences on the Krka river, Kostanjevica na Krki, the city of Brežice, the city of Samobor or the Kozjanski Park, you will be spoiled with a choice whether you like hiking, driving or cycling.

Yes, there are two outdoor charcoal grills available for guests. Both are brick, one is located in front of the terrace of the lower Studio, and the other is right in the garden next to a large wooden picnic table with seating for 8 people. On the terrace of the lower apartment there is a table with chairs for 4 people. There is a table with 8 seats on the balcony of the upper apartment. Each unit also has one parasol and deck chairs for all persons.
In the garden, on the lawn, 50 meters from the chalet, there is an open combustion chamber outdoors with a bench for hanging out late into the night.
Yes, almost all basic necessities await you in the accommodation. The kitchen has paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, spices, sponges and cleaning agents. The bathroom has liquid hand soap, liquid body soap, toilet paper and cleaning agents.
Payment for the deposit is accepted by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. The remaining amount is in cash on arrival.
